CHICKEN POT PIE--Draper Valley thigh meat, celery, carrots, onion, leeks, garlic in a classic bechamel sauce. We left out the peas but if you must have them then try the Seco Pot Pie.
SECO POT PIE--Draper Valley thigh meat, potatoes, onions, peas, garlic cooked in a very flavorful cilantro sauce. Seco is a Peruvian stew, made with chicken, beef or lamb (chicken in this case) adapted into a pot pie. Peruvian Pot Pie if you will.
BEEF, BEER AND MUSHROOM POT PIE--Beef, Georgetown Brewing Company 9 lb Porter, crimini mushrooms, onions, garlic and beef stock braised for hours until it's just right
CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM--Draper Valley thigh meat, Shitake and button mushrooms, onions, garlic, Marsala and parsley
CHILI VERDE--Pork, tomatillos, chiles, onions, peppers, garlic, cilantro and spices braised for several hours in our housemade chicken stock
TIKKA MASALA--Draper Valley thigh meat, onions, garlic and traditional Indian spices in a flavorful "gravy". Tikka Masala inside pie crust!
BREAKFAST PIE--We make two different kinds of Breakfast Pie both cooked in our buttery savory pie dough: Chorizo made with housemade chorizo, eggs, onions, garlic, cilantro and cheddar cheese. Our other Breakfast Pie is made with pork loin, bacon, eggs, Gruyere, onions, garlic and parsley. Serves 8 to 10 people. We occasionally have this, in the case, for sale by the slice. You can special order a Breakfast Pie for your next brunch or get together. Just give us a call. 48 hours notice is appreciated for Breakfast Pies.
EMPANADAS--We make all kinds of Empanads. Meat filled and vegetarian. Some of our recent offerings have been:

ALFAJORES--A classic Peruvian cookie. A delicious dulce de leche called Manjar Blanco sandwiched between two light and delicious cookies. Kind of like a Peruvian Oreo.....only better.
HONEY LAVENDER SUGAR COOKIES--Sugar cookies with honey and lavender....no other explanation needed. Delicious.
